Important Privacy Notification

Dear Customers,

Passu is committed to providing our customers with transparency. As part of maintaining this trust and commitment to you, we are informing you of a recent event that affected Passu’s email (sales@passu.com.au).

On 21st Oct 2021 we identified that Passu’s email (sales@passu.com.au) was compromised, enabling individuals outside Passu to access our information. This unauthorised access could have allowed unauthorized parties to access and/or view information related to you (such as your email address).

Upon awareness of this issue, Passu immediately disabled the compromised credentials, prohibiting their use for any further unauthorised access. Our data indicate that our clients (potential and current) may have received phishing emails or other spam mails from us. You should be careful when receiving any emails from any misleading name, any email that requests personal information or payment, or any unsolicited request from an untrusted source.

It is important to note that your email login credentials were not directly impacted by this incident. However, out of caution, you should reset your password for your email account.
